Mine Ops Introduces MOPS for Internal Logistics Operations

Mine Ops, Inc. today announced the introduction of MOPS, the Material Operations & Positioning System, an internal logistics and inventory-management system developed to improve how the company identifies, organizes, and moves materials across its facilities.
MOPS maintains a structured understanding of storage locations and the materials associated with them. By giving storage infrastructure a consistent identity and organizational framework, the system helps Mine Ops teams locate goods more reliably and reduces the need for manual searches across large storage areas.
The system also supports Mine Ops operational infrastructure. It gives teams a consistent way to identify appropriate storage, move materials through company facilities, and complete repetitive logistics tasks with less manual searching and coordination. This allows the company to apply its people and equipment to construction, engineering, production, and other work where direct judgment remains important.
